Falmouth Family Planning provides confidential and affordable health services, education and counseling for women and men, adults and teens. It is a program of Community Health Center of Cape Cod.

The concert will take place at 8 PM on Friday, April 11, at the Lawrence School at 113 Lakeview Avenue in Falmouth. Tickets for the concert are $25. They are available at Puritan of Cape Cod stores, Coffee Obsession and Eight Cousins Bookstore in Falmouth and at Falmouth Family Planning at 210 Jones Road, Suite 22, in Homeport in Falmouth. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Falmouth Family Planning provides health services, education and outreach services to women and men, adults and teens.
